FP2000 to FP2003 all files are templates

HELP!!!!! We converted from 2000 to 2003 and all published webs created in FP2000 are uneditable in 2003. On the far right hand, top of screen it shows (/templates/trans_svcs_pages.dwt) as if all of the files are templates....

First li ne of code shows "template", but original 2000 files were created with html page....

PLEASE HELP....TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE.

The FP .dwt extension was introduced in FP 2003 as a Dynamic Web Template

Were your FP2000 pages originally created in Dreamweaver, which also has dynamic web templates that are now supported in FP 2003?
