FP2000 to 2003? Newbie questions

Presently I'm using FP2000 and want to know if 2003 is any better especially
for a beginner? When I used 2k I made my personal site with the then fab
"frames" which looks like over the last few years had died. I'm looking to
make my site over again but it looks like there is more and more JavaScript
being used. I have found several sites which offer open source JavaScript
for use in my site such as pulldown menus and more. So the question is does
2003 have the ability to edit js, or do I need another software package to
do this? If so who's do you recommend to purchase or is there any good free
ones? BTW, here is my site I plan to redo www."stvowners.com".

Hi,

FP3 does not directly edit JS it call another program to do the editing.

FP3 does have layers which can be used to create pulldown menus but doing so
can be tedious.
