FP2000/2002 backward compatibility

Hi

Has anyone come across any problems when trying to update
a site using FP 2000 that was created using FP2002. I
have tried to update the site live on the server using
FP2000 however the style sheet links to the pages that I
update seem to be lost and the text reverts back to the
default font, size & colour. Also the some of the coding
in the head section seems to move to the body when I open
and save a page in FP2000. Has anyone came across this
before and do you have any suggestions as to how I can
get round this without having to purchase another copy of
FP2002.
