FP transfer to new computer

I have purchased a new computer, (Windows XP)

I had Front Page 2002 installed from an Upgrade CD. The previous version
was FP2000 (I think), may have been an earlier version. I have since
disposed of the earlier version CD. Now I find I cannot install FP 2002
from the upgrade CD to the new computer.. The program is searching for an
earlier version. I also had copied the FP 2002 on the old computer to a CD
hoping it would install on the new one. I receive an error message to the
effect that it cannot find a certain .dll file.

Please, what are my options. I have an active website.

I had sort of the same problem when I had to reformat. It would let me
install but said I only had 30 uses before it would quit working. This was
legal, registered FP, BTW. Said it was already registered or it was a trial
version--cannot remember exactly which. I had to call Microsoft and they
gave me a new ID number to type in, although it was a hassle trying to get
them to believe it was legal since it was FP 2000 and not the latest
version. Finally found someone who understood what the problem was.........

When you purchase a upgrade version, you are suppose to keep the version
that you upgraded from, the upgrade becomes part of that original licenses.
