FP password protect problem

Hello,

I am using Frontpage 2002. My problem is that when trying to make a password
protected page, after clicking "tools", and then "server", the "server" is
greyed out. I am unable to select that choice. Why is this? any help here?

This option is only available when a server based web is being edited, and
only if the server Host allows it.

If you are editing a disc-based web the option will not be available.
