I have a questionnaire on my website... and the replies (submitted
information) are being emailed to me... no problem there. I have copied this
questionnaire to a clients website and they are not receiving the
information. I cannot understand why. If someone can explain this to me...
that would be wonderful... Here's in the info that I have...

form method="POST" action="--WEBBOT-SELF--"
onSubmit="location.href='_derived/nortbots.htm';return false;"
webbot-onSubmit language="JavaScript" name="FrontPage_Form1">
<!--webbot bot="SaveResults" S-Email-Format="Formatted Text"
S-Email-Address="(e-mail address removed)" B-Email-Label-Fields="TRUE"
B-Email-Subject-From-Field="FALSE" S-Email-Subject="Alpine Questionnaire"
S-Builtin-Fields U-Confirmation-Url="thankyou.htm" startspan --><input
TYPE="hidden" NAME="VTI-GROUP" VALUE="0"><!--webbot bot="SaveResults" endspan
i-checksum="43374" -->

<input type="hidden" name="from_email" value="(e-mail address removed)">
<input type="hidden" name="subject" value="Alpine Questionnaire formatted
text combined">
<input type="hidden" name="to_address" value="(e-mail address removed)">
<input type="hidden" name="RECIPIENT" value="(e-mail address removed)">
<input type="hidden" name="THANKURL"
value="http://alpine.xxxx.net/thankyou.htm">
<input type="hidden" name="SUBJECT" value="Alpine AED Puppy Questionnaire">
<input type="hidden" name="CHECK:NOTBLANK:UserUSER,UserHost,UserDomain">

Is the email address the form sends to one associated with the domain??

If the domain is myweb.com the email address needs to be
(e-mail address removed)

Also, you need to "Publish" the form page to the server using the
http://myweb.com address.

Did you change the email from yours to the clients?

Does the client's email match their domain name?

i.e.if the site is www.yourdomain.com the email must be
(e-mail address removed) for the Frontpage form handler to send the email. It
can't be www.yourdomain.com and using the email (e-mail address removed).

Are you publishing to a server with the server extensions (and the mail
transport component) enabled?

Have you made sure you're using the "send to email" option and not "send to
file" or other option?

Now I am totally confused... Here's what I know...

1. I am hosting the clients (actually my friend) website on my server here
at my house
2. My friend has two email addresses: one at yahoo and one with ptdprolog.net
3. I can get the info from my website and HER website if I use my earthlink
email accounts, so why can't she get the info if I use her email addresses?
4. We are using FP file extensions and that server stuff that you folks are
always talking about.
5. What do I need to do get this directly emailed to her rather than getting
lost in cyberspace?

We have been working on this for nearly 3 weeks and its rather embarrassing
when people email her ask why she hasn't responded to their submissions.
