Am trying to publish a to my web server. I keep getting an

Server error. Could not find a webserver at "url" o port
80.....Please check to make sure name is valid and proxy
settings or set correctly...
Have check every setting that I can think off. The DNS
setting are correct... the web server setting are
correct...
Plz help... I don't know what else to check...
