FP adding duplicate code

I am caught in a code loop and can't figure out where it is. Just when I
think I have a clean page, the information in the left border inserts itself
over and over again into the body. In code, <body>
<body>
<body>
<body>replicates itself over and over.

Any help will be greatly appreciated. I took this file over from someone
else and am not a practiced FP user, but I'm pretty good at basic code.
Clearly there is some backend FP stuff I can't see and don't know where to
look
 
Are you using include pages on you site? if so, that could account for the
extra Body tags
