Running FP 2003 on an XP workstation & 2000 Server with IIS 5.

Since upgrading to FP 2003 I have had a strange problem. If I open a web
and edit a file and then click "Save" it takes around 15 seconds to save.
During this time the Windows Task Manager - Performance - CPU Usage graph is
showing 100% usage (inetinfo.exe being the process).

Is this normal? If not, how do I reduce the CPU usage?

Thanks,
Graham

Thanks for that one. I've checked that - it already is disabled. Still
same problem.

Is this happening on your local machine or are you working against a remote host when this happens?

Editing the website on my local machine, opened through "Open Site" and then
open the URL. Website resides on a server on the same network.

What OS is the server, Windows 2000 or Windows 2003?

Which version of the FP extensions, 2000 or 2002? If 2002 then you need to check the configuration
settings, and compare to:

http://www.microsoft.com/resources/documentation/sts/2001/all/proddocs/en-us/admindoc/owsf05.mspx

May have to hit F5 to actually see the page, after it loads in your browser.

2000 FP server extensions. What I don't understand is why things have
changed. This suddenly started happening 2 weeks ago. NO changes have been
made to our server in any way. The only change is that I now have FP 2003
instead of 2002 on my workstation.

Has any service pack been installed locally or on the server?
