I have created a form in FrontPage 2003 and followed these instructions.

1. In Page view, at the bottom of the document window, click Design.
2. Right-click the form, and then click Form Properties.
3. Click Send to.
4. In the E-mail address box, type the e-mail address to which you want to
send the form results.

However, the “Send To†radio button is grayed out as is the “E-mail Addressâ€
box. If anyone can help me wit this problem, I would really appreciate it.

Thanks,

Bernie

What's the file extension of the page the form is on?
do you have an entire web/site opened or just the page?

Hello Chris,

The file extension is .html
I created the form while the entire website was open.

Please advise,

Bernie

I can't imagine what it is.
are you able to enter an email address even?
have you been able to use it successfully in the past?
Is it a disk location or server based web? i.e. what's the address of the
web at the very top of the FrontPage window?

Hello Chris,

I received advice from another contributor (Thomas A Rowe) He suggested I
check out The Authoring Tab. I changed FrontPage and SharePoint technologies
dropdown box from "Custom" to "Default". That seems to have activated the
"Send To" radio button.

Thanks for your assistance,

Bernie

Excellent!
Glad _someone_ could help!
