FP 2002 upload file form

I have been unable to get this feature to work on my
server. I am assured by the host that it should work. It
is an Apache Server. When I send the form i receive a
message stating that the Cannot run the FrontPage Server
Extensions on this page: "http://www.etc.
Anyone have any ideas??
