i'm trying to run a foxpro 2.0 (for lan) program in
windows 2000. i've noticed that the append blank command
always causes a "cannot write to a read-only file" error
even though i've set all the user's security parameters
for that folder to "everything else" other than full
control. it'll be very impractical to give all our users
full control over every folder with a foxpro 2.x file.
will someone pls. explain how to get around around this
problem?
