Wasn't that DOS only? AFAIK, MS no longer produces FoxPro (I never used it,
so I'm bound to be wrong!) and so, I'd say no, but there really is only one
way to find out...

Hi Rajan,

My FoxPro 2.6 for Windows applications are used every day on Windos XP.

You will probably need to get a patch for the "Divide by Zero" error that
occurs when FPW is run on newer, faster machines. I first encountered the
Divide by Zero error on a 400 MHz machine running Windows 98. You can get
the patch, "240982 - PATCH Patch_26.exe Fixes Divide by Zero Error on Fast
Computers" from http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=240982. You'll need to
patch both the FoxPro EXE and the ESL runtime file.

No. There was FoxPro 2.5 and 2.6 for Windows.

FoxPro for Windows evolved into Visual FoxPro (a fully OOP program
development and database tool), now in Version 8 with Version 9 in the
Alpha/Beta stage.

Thanks for the corrections, Cindy. Like I said, I've never had need for it
(never used any MS applications other than Office). Oh, I tell a lie, I used
to use Encarta and AutoRoute, but haven't had much need to since hooking up
to DSL.
