Foxmail and Antivir guard malfunction

When mail arrives the Antivir Guard gives some options. I choose to delete
virus.

After deleting the infected files the program warns about missing postings
when trying to open mail.

Is there any solution to this?

Any similar collisions between other software and virusshields?

Sounds like the antivirus has deleted a database instead of a single
email or attachment.
