Found picture

Okay, now that I have found a .jpeg picture that I want on mywebsite. I've
saved it to my harddrive. When I insert in Frontpage and view Normal, it is a
box with a red x in it, but when I go to preview, it is the actual picture.
None of the other pics that I have are like this, what does this mean?
 
You need to resize it in a image application first (if needed), then you need to import (File Menu
or drag-n-drop) it into your current open FP web, then you insert it on your page.

What is the difference between inserting a pic from a file rather than
importing it then inserting it?
 
If it is not in the web, then FP may not prompt to import it and when you publish, only you will see
the image since the path will point back to your HD, FP also may change the image quality since FP
has to save the image, whereas when you import or drag-n-drop the image into the web first, FP
doesn't touch the image.

Remember to have your web open and import the image first, then insert it in
the page.
