Found new hardware wizard poped up

When I boot up my Dell dimension 8300, the systems will pop-up two of Found
new hardware wizard windows for:
1) PCI Input Device
2) Multimedia Audio Controller

I really don't know these missing of the drivers may be I accidentally run
the Driver Reset Tool. Do you know how I can load and run this installation
wizard?

You can click on the pop-up balloon and see what it wants you to do.
Follow thru unless you change your mind. It may be trying to install
updates/drivers for your soundcard.
