Hi!

I have just installed Windows Vista Ultimate (three days now) in a box with
Asus P5VD2-X, D-link DLW-G510 and Webcam NX-Pro Creative.
All drivers are installed but Dlink which I got from their site. Everything
works perfectly except that almost every boot all drivers are automatically
installed again.
That is really annoying because I have to configure wireless connection
(which is lost and the number is now #34) and the 5.1 speakers (it is stereo
when it occurs).
A strange stuff is that sometimes it does not happen.
Any help?

Thanks.

I had the same problem with drivers for an HP c3180 printer/scanner/copier.
Software that came with the unit was good only up to Windows XP. Downloaded
new drivers from HP site, which produced the problem you describe.
Uninstalled that, downloaded a smaller driver which does not allow scanning
from the unit. Scanning OK from within applications. A pain, but it's better
than the bugged drivers.

Hi Chester GS!

Thanks for your comment. I noticed that everyone that has similar problem it
is issues with printers. I have not got anything atached this computer other
than that I described before. I have uninstalled all drivers and keep only
those Vista put by default but the problem persists. I am almost giving up.
:(
