Found a bug in Vista - although not critical

If you look up a file's property by using task manager (instead of explorer)
and look in the "details" tab, you will find that the file size is always "0"
bytes and the "date modified" fields are blank.

If you do the same thing using explorer to locate that exact same file, you
will find that the date fields are not blank and the size is not 0 bytes.

This problem occurred in Pre-RC1 and still occurs in RC1 release.

Yes it's confirmed.

Where are you finding a details tab in the task manager? If I open the task
manager and say I look under the process tab I can right click on the file
name of a running process and choose properties from the dropdown list and I
get all the information. the only file that does not open a properties
window in the process list is csrss.exe.

We must be looking at two seperate things as there is no details tab
anywhere in the task manager.

Ok, yes now I see it, it does display the proper information on the general
tab but not under details, it may not be critical but it is a legitamate bug
none the less and worth reporting..
