forwarding ports for xp professional

how do i forward ports becvause i have a computer in my dinning room and i not have a router yet and i need to allow the computer to forward supposedly ports 4662 and 4663 for downloading and uploading on emule as i have low id anyone able to help me thank you in advance.

Is ICS or the XP firewall installed? Please describe your problem and setup
in more detail.
