I have an issue I have not experienced before and I need
some help. Outlook 2000 and Windows 2000 Professional is
being used. Here is it and I know it is long but I tried
to keep it as clear as possible.
I. Assistant (Delegate) to Manager sends a meeting
request out of Manager's Calendar.
II. Another Assistant to another Manager accepts the
meeting in her Manager's Calendar.
A week later II Assistant opens the meeting in her
Manager's Calendar, clicks on Actions then Forward. When
Forward is clicked all of the recipients of meeting
appear in the To: field and she puts in her note.
When the Forward is sent it appears in the Inbox of all
of the recipients as II. Assistant on behalf of I.
Manager.
How does that happen? II. Assistant has no permissions
at all to I. Manager.
Any help would appreciated.
Thanks,
John
