I posted this message yesterday, received a reply today but my browser just
brings up a blank screen. Could someone please reply directly to me at
(e-mail address removed)?

We are using a mix of Outlook 2003 and Outlook 2007. When my VP tries to
forward meeting invites (she is not the organizer) to others it will
(sometimes)resend the invite to all original invitees (even when she deletes
the names in the To: field. Is this a setting the organizer has set?
Doesn't happen with most - just a few people.

You could always google for your display name or subject... these groups
are usually available in google very soon after posting.

The problem is a bug in Exchange. There was a patch released that addressed
the problem, its for exchange so your admin will need to install it. Give
him this url: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;957020

This bug fix apparently has to do with Blackberry servers. The VP is adamant
that she does not use her Blackberry to accept or forward meeting requests.
Any other thoughts? Could it be a user setting on the meeting organizers'
end?

This fix apparently applies to Blackberry. The bug is actually in the
Exchange CDO version used by the BlackBerry server. Our VP is adamant that
she does not use her Blackberry to accept or forward messages because of
issues in the past. Could this be a setting on the meeting organizer's end?
Most here still use Outlook 2003 but some use Outlook 2007.

Where did you get that idea? It relates to any app that uses CDO - the BB
server does, but so do other services - and affects messages forwarded in
outlook, not from a device.
