hi

I am trying to raise a dispute with an ebay seller (asked for more money
after I had fairly own the item!), and ebay say they cannot do anything until
I send a copy of the email I received with the headers included. I have
tried sending them information received under 'File', 'Properties' 'Details'
and also the information given under 'Message Source', but they say this is
not the header. can anyone help as I want my money back!!

thanks a lot

Right click the email from them and select Properties | Details. That is
the headers. If you click Message Source you will have the whole message
with the headers. If you are right clicking a replay to them you will not
get their headers.

To display all the headers, hold down the Ctrl key and the F3 keys at the
same
while the message is open. To copy the whole message, including the
headers,
right click in the new window, then click on Select All, then right click
again
then click on Copy, then move to the window you want to copy it to, then
right click where you want to copy it to, then click on Paste. If you only
want
the headers, you can then erase everything that appears after the first
blank line.
