Forwarding Emails to a group of people

If i receive an email from a friend and want to forward it to several people.
What is the easiest way to do this without having to select each individual?
And how do you just show their name and not their full email address? HELP!

If it's the same set of people each time, you could use a Distribution List.
The DL will display whatever "Display As" field you have set for the members.
