forwarding email pics /receiver only gets text and a red X

When I receive a email and want to forward it to someone
else reciever only recieves text and a red X Where pics
should be. This is making me nuts! HELP!!!

If your recipient is using Outlook Express...
it may help if they open Outlook Express and
go to...Tools / Options / Security tab...and uncheck
"Do Not Allow Attachments...ect...ect" / Apply / OK.
