Forwarding e mail from windows mail

I have Vista home premium 64 Bit, When I try to foreward e mail and I put the
first letter in the foreward address space it does not pull up the address
from my address book. I have to type it in completly, Everything else works,
and my address book is up to date. with the names in it.
any help will be appreciated

Windows Mail only remembers the LAST 29 names you had used. If the name you
need is beyond that, click TO button. Your contact list will appear. Scroll
to the name you want, copy/paste.

Further infos :
After the contact list has appeared, type the first couple of alphabets on
the FIND box, highlight the name you need, click TO, or CC, or BCC.

I guess I did not explain very well. When I click on to in the address
section the list on contacts does not come up for me to chosre from. I had
vista 32 bit on before I changed to 64 bit and it pull up a list. Also my win
xp does work.
