Hope I am asking this correctly.
I am trying to forward email to a mobile device. I have found a couple
of web sites designed to guide me through the process.
Where I am getting stuck is an 'empty' Rule Address.
When I select "from people or distribution list" I get a 'Rule Address'
popup. But it is empty. No addresses - and I can't find how to
populate it. Help please.

Is the mobile device configured with a mail address or phone number by which
it can receive messages and is that address or phone number configured as a
contact in your Contacts folder? Is your Contacts folder enabled as an
address book? What version of Outlook?

BTW, my list of contacts does show up in Address Book.
I have two folders (if that is the correct lingo) - 'Personal Folders'
which I don't use, and 'My Folder.' Both are available in Address Book.

From your later posting, it appears you have enabled your contacts folders
as address books, but just to be sure, right-click the folder containing the
contact you want the phone to use, choose Properties, then select the
Outlook Address Book tab. If the box labeled "Show this folder as an e-mail
Address Book" checked?

When you see the "Rule Address" dialogue, what's available in the "Show
names from the" drop-down at the upper right?
