Forward Email based on Subject Line (Keyword)

Novice- Never used rules and not a programmer.
How can I add a rule into Outlook 2000 that will forward or re-direct emails
to a co-worker based on subect line. The more detail the better.

Additional Info.
Running Exchange 5.5

Click Help>Microsoft Office Outlook Help. Enter "rules" in the "Search for"
field. Click the arrow.
 
Brian,
I looked at help as weel as the Rule Wizzard. I do not see any rules
regarding forwarding.
There move, delete, assign, stop, ...

I am assuming rules can be created to meet the objective but I am unsure how
to write a rule that does not appear to come prepackaged.
