Forward copy of emails to internet email

I have setup a rule in Outlook to have a copy of all my
emails sent to my internet address, but it does not seem
to be working. The emails are coming into my account thru
the companies Exchange server, then forwarded to a Yahoo!
address.
 
Check with your Exchange administrator. By default, this functionality is
disabled on Exchange.

I have already checked...it is enabled
