Forward a copy to another email address automatically

I am with sky & to forward all emails to include another address I have set
it up to do so.

How would I do this in Outlook 2007.

Using rules. But then you need to have your computer powered on all the
time, have Windows loaded, have Outlook loaded, hope there aren't any
power outage that outsurvive your UPS, hope there aren't network
outages, and try to use Outlook as a mail server for which it was not
designed.

Server-side solutions are better. Since you mention there is already a
server-side forwarding service, why do you even care about trying to use
Outlook for forwarding?
