Find out what your host supports either ASP/Access/MSsql or PHP/MySql then
from there you can choose which forum/portal you want to use. I generally
put them in subweb/subsite if I'm using FrontPage to do the rest of the
site. Pretty easy once you get the hang of it.
btw...there are some good free forum/portal programs out there...also check
your host, sometimes they will offer a free one pre-installed or install
one for you for cheap.
