forum to trade custom effects

Is there a good site to get and trade custom XML effects and transitions
that everyone has created for themselves ??
I know Rehan and PapaJohn have some on their sites, but it seems like there
should be hundreds of them floating around, if we could find a place to
share and trade them.?
just a thought.
