I really like the software there, and Alexander's layout is great as well.
If you can't find the name of it by looking at the code, I bet Alexander
will fill you in. I'm assuming it's Freeware, but maybe not.

Are you looking for a free host to run a forum script? If so, that might be
hard to find. There are a few places that host message boards, where you
don't have to install a script. http://www.myikonboard.com/intro.php Offers
such service, but I don't know what kind of ads they have. This is their
script site http://www.ikonboard.com/ You can get a free script there to run
a message board.
If you are looking for a free host to run your message board on, go here
http://www.freewebspace.net . Ask on their message board for a host that
allows you to run a message board script. A lot of times hosts that allow
such scripts to be ran, go under fairly quickly. They tend to be ran by
people who don't know what they are doing. But, you never know.
