Is it possible to use a formula on an Access data sheet?
Here's my situation. I'm renting a house out and what I
would like to use is Access to enter and print bills of
the utilties. But is it possible in Access to list a few
values and then have a value that is the sum divided
by 'X' of the rest? Please email me or post back. Thanks!

A database is NOT a spreadsheet. You can use a formula (we call them
expressions) in a query datasheet to act upon the data in that row. The same
expression will act upon every row. Utility bill data would be entered into
a column in a database. I'd advise you to use a spreadsheet for what you
want to do.
