Formulas for F- and T-Test

Hi,
I made up a spreadsheet for F and T test. Now our Quality Department
wants an hadcalculation to validate the spreadsheet. I cannot find the
formulas (statistical) that have been used for the F and T- test.
Specialy for the 3 cases of the T-test.
