Formula won't work with different operating system

We have a time sheet set up in Excel 97 which uses a
formula to compute the hours worked after entering and
employee's time in and out during each day of a two-week
pay period. Most of the users are on Windows 98, and the
time sheet works well. One user has Windows 2000
Professional, and the formula will not work on her
system. How do we fix that?

I'm going to make a guess at Windows Regional Settings being different on the
two systems.

If you copied the formula and posted it we may have other guesses.

Another possibility is that you are using functions from the "Analysis
ToolPak" addin. On the machine that fails, the addin may not be
installed.

Tools > AddIn > Check Analysis ToolPak.

If it isn't available, run Office's Add/Remove wizard to install it.
