Formula to get max average

I'm in a race with another guy to provide a needed formula
to a banker, and I, of course, am going to cheat by asking
you. Please help.

A1:A100 contains integers from 1 to 1000

I need a formula that will give the highest average across
20 consecutive points. For example, AVERAGE(A18:A37) may
be the highest average.
