Formula Identifier

Has anyone had any luck trying to identify a formula in a
cell from a value in a cell?

I need to use seom logic in a cell to tell me if another
cell is a formula or a value.

HELP!

Press F5, select special, select formulas, click OK
Then you can select a fill colour. Else you have to use
VBA..
