formula for changing numbers in axis data labels?

Hi, I was hoping someone could tell me the formula for changing the axis
label numbers from:

$73,852,763
to
$73.9M

I tried all of the options in the custom section, but I can't seem to figure
it out.

Help please!

Try this:

$#.0,"M"
