Can anyone tell me if there's a way to make sure a form
stays on one page? I need to put a comments line that
need to expand but I also don't want the form to go to 2
pages. Is it possible?

If you put the formfield in a table and limit the size of the table row to
an exact height, you can do this. The table need not have borders.

What you are talking about is what Word calls an "online form." For more
about online forms, follow the links at
http://addbalance.com/word/wordwebresources.htm#Forms or

Chapman's series of articles.

Hope this helps,
