Hi all,

i´ve a word 2000 doc with a form (text and drop-down
filds). How is the better process to have the contents of
that (text/drop-down) exported automatically in another
page of the same doc ?

Thanks.

Use a cross reference to the text of the bookmark that is assigned to the
formfield. In the properties dialog for the formfield, check the Calculate
on Exit box so that the cross references are updated.

Works fine !
Thank you.

Another quest, can i have a cross ref of a doc linked to a
formfiled of another doc ?

Yes, using an IncludeText field.

What you are talking about is what Word calls an "online form." Check this
in help. For more about online forms, follow the links at

Chapman's series of articles.

Hope this helps,
