I have designed a form but i cannot get the form fields to line up.

Is there an align tool. I have tried using spaces and tabs but this is not
very accurate

Easiest way is to use a table to align the form fields and labels.
Do not use spaces and tabs for layout - tabs are ignored on a web page,
and the size of a space is dependant on the browser text-size and
accessibility settings - you, the author, have no control over these.
