I have a problem that for the life of me, I can't figure out!! I created a
form. uploaded it and it works fine at one address but not another. Example:

If I input www.smileysdover.com the form doesn't work and I receive a
frontpage error message..however if I put in

smileysdover.com it works..

What am I doing wrong?

You need to speak with your web host regarding how the FP extensions are installed.

Many people have the same problem; I get this one all the time. Call up
your web host administrator, and tell him, in a very confused voice,
that you don't understand why http://www.smileysdover.com is any
different from http://smileysdover.com - that your other friends don't
have the problem. He will know what to do. It is just a few clicks of
the mouse for him to correct your problem. Let him be magnanimous in
helping you, and make it seem like a big issue for you; I want you to
act dumb. It is his laziness that is at fault here; the 'www' prefix is
nearly obsolete - the IP address resolves to the same name server. He
just hasn't set his server software up correctly to point to the
correct folder. If you act stupid, and let him be the big system
administrator, your problem should be fixed in five minutes. Good
luck.

This has nothing to do with accessing the site in a browser, as the site can be reached via either
of the URL posted, however this has to do with how the FP extensions where installed and configured.

Thanks everyone. I am using yahoo business hosting but soon to leave. I
reset all of my FP extensions in yahoo, reactivated FP publishing, uploaded
my site again and guess what? It is still happening...so tomorrow I will sit
on hold for hours to just have them say that they can't help me or better yet
convince me to download foxfire..
If you have any further help it sure would be appreciated.
Thank you again.
