Hi,

I am new to forms in excel. I have spreadsheets
calculating university students final grades for a range of
subjects. Using a form is it possible to create one where
the student number can be entered and the results for each
subject appears? Such a task may be more suited to ACCESS
but EXCEL gives me the flexibility in terms of formulas and
conditions.

This can be achieved with VLOOKUP(). Just create a table of students and
their results and you can then use VLOOKUP() to pull that information.
