I used a feedback form template and uploaded it to my
website but when I click the submit button it does'nt do
anything it was not sent.
I asked my hosting company and they said that I just made
a form like just making a page that you can see and read
but will not interact. That is all they can say and I
don't even know what they mean that I just made a form.
Will someone help. Thanks

Could be you set up your fields without enclosing them
inside <Form> tags.

It would be helpful to see the URL for your form page.
