Is there a way, with Front Page, to have certain form fields be 'inactive'
unless certain criteria has been met, like a check box beign checked.
For example: Your form is set up for asking a person information like Name,
Address, Phone, etc... and it also has a check box for them to check if they
need me to create an e-mail account for them. If they check yes, that they
want an e-mail account created, then and only then, will the field for the
e-mail password become active. Otherwise, they will not be able to enter
anything in that field.
