Forms submitting in new window

I have 3 different forms on my website and on every one, it opens the
confirmation page in a new window. I have never had it configured to do this.
I open the 3 pages on both the server and my local computer and delete the
target="main" line and it works great. But the second I hit syncronize it
just does it again. I reopen the page in frontpage and the target="main" line
is there again!!

Check for any base target tags & remove them

Found it. I have a shared top and bottom border and it was in the _borders
folder in the top border.
