Forms - submit clears form

Using FrontPage to put up a form. When I click the Submit
button, all the text I typed inside the form disappears
and the form refreshes. And yes, I made sure through the
FormField Properties that Submit radial button is
selected. Any info is appreciated.

Did you configure the form to save results to a file or
email, or to save the data to a database?

Also, if you're saving to a file or mail, are you sure the
FrontPage Server Extensions are installed on your Web
server?

And if you're saving to a database, are you sure you've
got a Microsoft Web server?
