We have to use rich text format for our custom mail forms to work correctly
Even though the form is being sent to the recepient as RT Outlook 2002 converts it to HTML
How do I stop this from happening
The knowledge base article is worthless as it deals with other office programs and not Outlook.

Mail environment - Exchange or Internet?

Check the settings in Tools | Options | Mail Format | Internet Format to
make sure that RTF messages aren't being converted.
