Forms Question

Hi, I am obviously way freshcut on this, but am I correct in thinking that
Forms do not show or print details? Is the recommended format then to create
the form for online use and then a report for printing? I have done a few
online courses, reviewed recommended websites (from here and other sources)
and have not seen this related anywhere.
Additionally, if you have any other online courses you can recommend to me,
I would be eternally grateful.

Forms are for entering, viewing and/or updating/editing data. Reports are
for printing.

Just a small caveat, reports can also be used to view results of a search.
Instead of presenting the user with a query style grid or data sheet view you
could use a nicely formatted report.
