Forms question

I have two forms one big, one small.

Small is on top of big. Small is set to "top most" = true.

Problem:
When I combine my app. with another app., say Word,
small remains when I change to Word.

If I set small to "top most" = false, Problem is gone, but
back in big: when I click on big, small disappears.
I don't want that to happen.

What is the solution?

you can set big form as small form's owner
then small one will be on top of big all the time.
